Project description:
This vacant land development site was in the process of being acquired by the developer who owned the neighboring property. Teaming up with the developer we proposed plans for a 6-story, elevator, mixed-use building with 119 dwelling units and 1 commercial unit. The property will have approximately 69,000 gross square feet, above grade on a 18,840 square foot parcel. This information was used to create a proposal and presentation to submit to lenders and banks.
