Project description:
This property is currently a 5-story, walk-up, apartment building with 29 dwelling units undergoing renovations, with gross building area of 39,900 square feet. The developers planned on gutting the interior to renovate and add improvements to the property. Post renovation the building will contain 29 free-market apartments and a new parking lot.
